What is the recommend reading order for someone new to the Cosmere universe??

I started off with way of kings and I’m currently reading book 2. However, I want to read the universe as it’s intended to get the full experience.

So they created Gemma like a clone ? I am curious how the babies play a part as well. Like that severed birthing center or cabin. I also think they may raise them young like how Ms. Huang was a child to then grow up as part of the inner circle or someone they can brainwash to control.
