Es ist richtig, den Ausbau der Erneuerbaren voranzutreiben. Aber die Leute müssen einen Mehrwert für sich sehen. Zu einem Windrad haben sie keine emotionale Verbindung, anders als bei einem Tagebau oder einem Kohlekraftwerk, die ihnen auch einen Arbeitsplatz bieten. Wenn sie aber an einem Windpark über eine Genossenschaft finanziell beteiligt werden und mitbestimmen dürfen, sieht die Sache gleich ganz anders aus. (SK)
