Like I said I really support them and you are right it is pragmatic I would just love them to get the overall message out there. On other hand it’s scandalous how little air time the LD’s get which is part of the problem

I’m a LD voter to be clear but I also think that they are being timid in their comms and policies on rejoin. That’s it really it’s all a matter of opinions

The practical position of steps towards something I can just about accept but for goodness sake share the vision of where you want to be eventually with some passion. If you are pro rejoin say it and stop being so scared of the electorate. Make your case it’s easy if they try

I still struggle with the cowardice of the pro EU parties to fight for the benefits of FoM and the Single Market, the facts are so clear that it enriches countries culturally and economically and is a net positive. There is data to prove it and an emotional argument that could also be made

What is it with cigars (see Farage, Andrew Tate etc). I’m not saying everyone who smokes a cigar and shows off with it is a twat but all twats smoke fat cigars and show off with it

Horrific policies from a horrific party

Or just bloody scrap them

To say the better team lost today is a massive understatement.

Oh my this is so true, thank you Helene for articulating it so simply and superbly. I immediately started visualising a lot of colleagues facial expressions 😳

Loved this, thanks so much for sharing. Really interesting and informative and if I may say reminds us of the rich tapestry of our heritage as seen in language

@hufc.bsky.social come on Pools, start posting on here as well. Some of us have left Elon Musk’s hellscape πŸ˜‰.

Great win today loved it, as encouraging a football performance as I’ve seen for a long time

There needs to be more of this all round towards ignorance

It’s a political policy aimed at people who will never vote for them anyways and in meantime cruelly hurts families, the economy and disenfranchises people who are more towards what should be Labour’s political spectrum

It’s also not suggesting a pretty significant change in direction away from trying to appeal to Reform voters (which is entirely what the country needs never mind the political machinations in the Labour Party)

Glasman is a hideous individual, his links with Bannon should expel him from Labour and public discourse

Enemies of Europe from the Kremlin to Silicon Valley oligarchs spend billions fueling anti-EU movements.

Why? Because a unified bloc of 450 million people with strong regulations is their kryptonite.

They can bully individual nations but can't bully a united Europe

You are right and I agree ZP attacks the danger of Farage and Reform (my worry is Reform could be the next Govt and we would get the Epstein/Bannon/Trump project. Doesn’t detract from the rightful criticism of of the current govt and disgraceful Blue Labour project.

I do recognise and do agree it’s traitorous. I hope due to this Mandelson faces many years in prison. What seems to be clear is a global cabal of the ultra rich who want to disrupt and destroy democracy and the rule of law, Mandelson was involved as is Farage and any UK politician linked to Bannon

'BBC policy on Brexit is not impartial' Why is the BBC giving so much time to hardline Brexiteers, asks journalist Raymond Snoddy

After the referendum, the BBC chief Lord Hall ordered the BBC to treat Brexit as a done deal, a decision which all but wholly excluded Remainer opinion from the BBC for around 2 years, thus grossly biasing the Brexit debate. It was a grotesque abuse of democracy.

Just to say I looked at your timeline and pretty much agree with nearly everything you post (same with a couple of other people who have attacked me - and insulted me though you haven’t). I’m not defending Starmer just want Farage attacking and destroyed first

I bow to your superior (and patronising) intellect. Having a reasoned nuanced debate a bit difficult in a couple of hundred characters but you keep judging people based on that pal. My message basically wants Farage attacking with vigour for his obvious links, that’s it
