I recently discovered an essential item for my end-of-life doula bag: fabric scissors. Useful for cutting a shirt down the back so it can be slipped over someone who is dying and mostly unconscious. Not everyone has scissors in their home that can do this. #end-of-life #deathdoula #hospice
