From what I saw, Kingmaker generic campaign maps are serviceable, but I want to add some flair to them, plus make something specific for many random encounters in wilderness.

It seems like tonight was coldest day of this year. Just powered through -20C in my shed. Fortunately temperature inside didn't managed to drop below 17C, like last year, when I ended up without electricity for more than 2 weeks.

Other games are Battle Brothers - too janky for my taste and not my cup of tea, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe - over course of 3 hours I tried bulk of new content rest of which is just gimmicky repetitive bits.

With Steam winter sale in a full swing I finally employing strategy that I neglected during past sales - I'm actually trying games that I bought, instead of letting them collect dust in my library for months if not years. So far I refunded 3 games, including BG3 -->

Something happened to me that I thought I wouldn't ever experience. I dropped and refunded Baldur's Gate 3 after about 3 hours of playtime, because I realised that over couple of last years I spoiled it for myself SO much, that I just can't enjoy this game myself. Sense of discovery is gone.

I'm feeling festive this year, so I put some Christmas and New Year decorations earlier than usual.

Man. Weather is wack this year. First photo made back at November 15th, while second one today - December 2nd. IT'S ALREADY WINTER! GIB ME MY SNOW!

Rogue Trader completed! Great game, though during last portion of it (pre chapter 5) I skipped some side quests in order to finally finish it, because at that point I been playing it for almost a month. Here are my rogue trader and seneschal, who accompanied me during whole game. Abelard is a GOAT!

Mad Max is pretty good. Had tonnes of fun with it back when I got it in PS plus line up. Vehicle combat is a highlight obviously but hand to hand combat is not bad either.

For the context. Until July of this year my most modern piece of PC was Sumsung laptop, which I bought back in 2012 and which still have Windows 7 on it, so most of modern games (after 2019 - 2020) would simply refuse to boot up on it.

Recently realization of a fact, that I finally have modern PC caught up with me. Last month I been binging modern bangers and games from my back catalog (which grew quite sizeable over years). Dispatch, Blue Princes, Rogue Trader, Rue Valley and etc. Took me long enough to get there.

Concluded my DnD campaign two days ago with whole party getting a blast. It's so satisfying, when all your players are happy, even despite the fact that one of their characters was melted by dragon acid breath! Now I'm planning Delta Green oneshot to mix things up.

Played first two episodes of Dispatch. It's pretty good, but quite short. Can't wait for new episodes next week. So far it's on a same quality level of Tales from the Borderlands and Wolf Among Us.

I'm so glad it's finally autumn. No neighbours in sight, peace and quiet all around. Rain almost every day, so there is no reason to leave home. I really like it out there.
