When the sherriff's attempted to serve the eviction notice, the suspect started shooting at the officers.

The suspect, was living in his brothers home. his brother died and his father inherited the house. Athe father sold the house to an investment group. The investment group started eviction proceedings and a judge after 5 months of non payment of rent signed the eviction notice.

An active shooting situation is still happening in Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood. Sources tell @AndySheehankdka sheriff’s deputies were trying to serve an eviction notice, occupant opened fire and it turned into a gunfight. Stay away from Broad and N.
