Mediterranean Salmon dinner includes artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, capers, chopped green onion.

Chicken Picatta on a fresh spinach salad with sun dried tomatoes, black olives and grated parmigiana reggiano cheese.

I’m finally able to stand and cook again! So nice to have some healthy food instead of takeout. Had so much fun making these dinners. Mediterranean Salmon & Chicken Piccata on a fresh spinach salad. 😋
