What I find truly shocking is that Cheshire police were put in charge of press comms for the court during Letby's retrial.

The Thirlwall Inquiry will resume on 7 January 2025.
Hearings will run until 17 January.
Closing arguments are scheduled for 17-18 March.
A final report by Lady Justice Thirlwall is expected in the autumn.
