Such a gorgeous buzzy electric day w fostering network Northern Ireland. So beautifully organised. Such energy in the room. Highlight of the day for me was a foster carers feedback about the impact one of my books has on him & how he re reads sections of it on an ongoing basis & called it a lifeline

Busy busy busy week socially and work wise. Flying to NI now! Airport strangely quiet. An event tomorrow with the fab NI fostering network- a weekend catching up w some NI friends & doing some work & then im back delivering a week of training for the northern trust.

So lovely having longer for training. I know doesn’t fit for the more for less Tik tok way:) but a concept I often have to condense into a few mins having the time with this group to go into the layers and textures of it just makes it land so much more. V lucky to have this org invest in this

Amazing last week in Sri Lanka- soaking in last few days. Currently at an Ayurvedic retreat. There’s been waterfalls, a cinnamon farm, moonstine mine, held a croc, touched a jellyfish, visited a lot of temples, boat through mangroves, a mask workshop, a turtle hospital, & a whole lot more!
