The second chart consolidates that. That chart is just raw. And combined, the data shows that weather has limited impact on cancellations. Or at least, the majority of cancellations are not weather driven.

Is the O-Train running? Ottawa checks here first.
The Occ LRT database is now Nov 2019 to now. It was a pain, but now occasionaltransport.ca/explore should have mostly accurate live data by nightfall.
I also put in a request to OC for historical bus data. We will see how far that goes. To get us from Bus 2022 -> now
