@handsoffnyc.bsky.social is training thousands of New Yorkers on how to protect their neighbors from ICE. Today, they are currently running two trainings in Brooklyn and the Bronx, both of which hit capacity because interest was so high.

This is the way, y’all—we protect each other, and we know it.

If you don't tax the wealthy, someone will run against you who will. And everyone who has ever yelled at you about taxing the wealthy will vote you out.

Act like you work for us, please.

The poor are taxed disproportionately in relation to their income and you know it. Fix it.

I'm aware of who the Luddites were, but thanks for the genuine, non-patronizing assumption.

Addressing your point: I use AI. The implication that I don't and/or that I seek its destruction because I want regulation is what this post is addressing.

I'm not sure I'll ever forgive AI bros for managing to paint us as Luddites for suggesting regulations.
