yeahhh it just got screwed so bad by the rushing.... the missions just in general could have been a lot better, there was so much room for an amazing game under that amazing movement and music and art

btw the notched analog stick was the greatest of all time. i think that was the best decision ever. i dont know why we collectively dropped that. being able to consistently hold Just Up is so useful

it's so saddd cuz like giving each button its own unique kind of "feel" gave actions a lot more of a natural personality and it was easier to assume where they'd be. even if it feels better with the simple modern 4 button layout, jump being on B on nintendo games feels so WRONG.

ok well i attempted to just take the cutscene system from the original demo but it's not great for complicated text stuff. so alas i think i have to redo it
