However, after talking to a lawyer, it seems like allowing certain things won’t really hurt Temmie or Fangamer (my friends). So things will become more lenient. If necessary, I can halt any unofficial item’s sale. (Really don’t want to ^^;;) - If this change turns out to be actually bad, I can reverse the decision. - If you sell, please have played the game. * Exception: if someone hand-made a few scarves, hats, cosplay, or accessories, it’d probably be OK. But if mass-produced, it could become a problem. When in doubt, if hand-made and few, it’s OK. If mass-produced and machine/factory made, it’s not OK. This is an intentional decision. I wish I could explain more now, but when I consider everything, I don't think certain official merch (plushes, etc) of certain characters feels right for this game. Since Chapter 1, I told Fangamer that some characters would be more or less off limits after a certain point, and this feeling has only gotten stronger over time. These characters include Kris, Susie, and Noelle. Other times, particularly with Dark World characters like Spamton, I consider the game setting and think "the game is improved by selling this." I understand if some feel disappointed or confused by this decision. I want to make it clear I really respect the passion of the fans, who love the characters like I do. I feel very blessed that the player of the game thinks things like "Kris! I wish I had a plush of Kris so I could open it up and see what's inside!" I WANT everyone to be able to have the merch they want, to play with the characters the way they want. The rule is self imposed by Toby, and is the main reason why Fangamer doesn't sell plushies of any lightners. Fans are allowed to make/sell merch of them as long as they follow certain conditions.

Reminder that there's nights where King doesn't feed himself. Lancer is taken care of by Rouxls, but King just goes hungry. It's only mentioned in passing but you can really tell how much the lightners leaving broke him.

Tobies attention to detail is amazing. When you take damage in deltarune the damage you decrease on your healthbar is as much as damage depletion that is showing on the number that shows how much damage you took 70 - 29 = 41 health you have after damage hurt you from attack damage minus health
