Ja, men regimet er nå så forhatt av et flertall at det er uklart hva som skjer her. Vi hører ulike ting fra den iranske opposisjonen, og det er vanskelig å vite hva som er mest representativt.

Trumps krig ser ut til å gå ut på å bombe regimet i stykker, og så skal det iranske folket benytte anledningen til å styrte restene. Vi får se om bombingen blir mer omfattende enn i sommer. Tviler på at vi får regimeskifte uten boots on the ground (Irak 1991), og det vil ikke Trump risikere.
