It’s a blessing in a way that the littlest kids have no idea what is going on, not really. They might be scared but they don’t really know what the danger is.
The older ones are probably really fearful, along with Maria and Georg, of course.
The fact they’d demand entry to the Abbey and invade the nun’s space is wrong. But they’re Nazis, so they’re hardly good people.
Apparently I forgot they ended up at the Abbey, even though I remembered they were helped by the nuns.
This is how nuns should work. They should help people to safety.
The challenge of trying to get out of a country without much notice, and without anyone else noticing. Not an easy feat.
