I’m not frustrated, thankfully. The parts are cheap, I have the time, space, and a car to borrow, and I’ve seen a friend service an AC system so I can get out of this for a fraction of what a shop charges

It’s tempting to get a new to me car, though

Poured the oil out of my old ac compressor last night. A simple straightforward compressor swap is now turning into “new condensor, TXV, flush the lines” 😭😭😭
