when an old obsession of a character from an irredeemable series comes back out of the blue and you have no choice but to succumb to the voices for at least the next week

i know i'm likely overthinking this but i can't help it lollll talking to people even through a screen makes me anxious

how does one even commission an artist if you have no references for the character you have in mind (especially if it's an oc). like, how do you get past the initial humiliation of asking someone to draw your own character and then proceed to describe them without cringing?
