For 2025, I want to aim for consistency and maintenance. I don't have a real desire to get slimmer, but I want to work on developing a lifestyle that helps me maintain healthy habits

For my 2024 resolution, I wanted to get to a size 8. I hit it in March, slacked off, lost all my progress, then got back focused. It's Dec 23rd and I'm back to a size 8. Overall I'd say a net positive!

My rule of thumb is when lending money to friends, I only lend amounts I can afford to lose. If they don't pay you back, consider it a loss and move on.
