There’s absolutely nothing wrong with last night’s performance or result, especially given the context of where we find ourselves this season. Criticise them when there’s something to be critical about, but credit where it’s due too, and last night deserves a lot of credit!

Comparing himself to Klopp is irrelevant and not a good look. Klopp had many qualities that made him worth sticking with through difficult results, everyone believed in him and that it was just a bad moment, the same is not true of Arne unfortunately.

Exactly, Jurgen's management style is about everyone pulling together, no one player bigger than the group, togetherness from the owners to the kitchen staff, so i can't imagine a club more unsuited to him than Marid

Klopp wouldn’t put up with any player who behaved like that. I remember how ruthlessly he shipped out Sakho for ill-discipline, and he wasn’t even a bad personality!

I think it’s often just a case of having your name work or rhyme well with regards to songs.

His current club won't allow him to leave til then, so to ensure we get him ahead of rivals we pay now and get the deal done.

There’s a young lad’s career and life involved, and it’s being screwed over by 2 clubs prioritising a couple of million quid (nothing in the grand scheme of things) instead of doing what’s right. He’s returning in June by default anyway so surely it’s in LFC’s interests to have him available now!

I saw him play for Atleti in a friendly at Middlesbrough in the previous preseason and thought that it would be amazing to sign him, never thinking it would actually happen! He was different class.

I love that it’s the same kit design (updated) too!

I’m the same age as stevie, I know what it’s like talking to young players in my Saturday team and I talk about players from that era like they should know anything about them, then I get that same ‘Hugo look’ back and it reminds me I’m old! 😂
