I attended 4 Memorial Day parades, 3 in districts where I lost in 2024. People love this country & don’t want a shift to authoritarianism. The Billionaire Bill is going through the Rules Committee. My amendment will assure that there are no increases in costs for patients, due to the proposals in the bill. I’ll always put workers over billionaires and #rejectproject2025

When will the Republican Members of Congress do what’s right for hard working Americans & #rejectproject2025? They voted down an amendment that prohibited foreign adversaries from purchasing agricultural land….near military facilities. Doesn’t sound like they are putting Americans or America first.

This administration is enriching themselves by selling access in the purchasing of crypto. These are not campaign donations, they are payoffs that end up in the pockets of the Trump family. We object to the unprecedented actions which are designed to profit off the highest position in the land.

Over a thousand true patriots of this country, came out today in the Village of Baldwinsville and across this country, to demand that this administration upholds the rule of law, our norms, our values, the constitution and our stature in the world.

I had the opportunity to join in Cortland (sideways rain) and Syracuse, and heard of huge crowds in Hamilton, Utica and New Hartford!

Across this great country, millions of Americans are showing the power of the people, the will of the people.

We love our Social Security, Constitution, schools, unions, rights and together we declare, Hands Off!

We filled the void of power at that time, which has lead to the longest stretch of relative peace, compared to other eras, all during our lifetime. America must continue to lead.

For as Benjamin Franklin said, “Those who sacrifice their liberty for their security, will have neither.”

The event served as a reminder that since the end WWII, we have not just been the leader of the free world or the entire world, but have set the tone, tenor and rules for trade, diplomacy, humanitrianism, alliances, energy and health policy worldwide.

I have so many takeaways from attending last night’s Q and A with President Obama, it is challenging to focus on just one.

Appreciative of those that sacrificed so that we might live with the freedoms and liberties that we enjoy.

Fear is no way to lead. Senator Booker is leading to protect our veterans, Social Security, collective bargaining rights, being true to our allies and trading partners, the Constitution, judicial independence, all while unifying us in our commitment to the American Dream.

I spent the last 38 minutes in the Senate Chamber, listening to a man who has stood in this spot for the last 21 hours. American history tells us that we can overcome any hurdle.
The Republicans in the House & Senate are providing zero oversight, allowing a march towards autocracy, because they can.

Union Brothers and Sisters, it is our duty to protect the right to collectively bargain, organize and assure the safety and rights of workers. Unions built the middle class.
