Truth Borealis, an artwork inspired by Au5 & Tasha Baxter's song 'Snowblind' (especially the modus and Agente.001 remix for it). Frore's left arm reaches out for the Truth while her right arm holds the staff seen in Agente.001's lore (and seen in the cover art for his song Dejalo Ir). Her mouth is open in awe and her eyes are wide open (albeit 'snowblinded' by light as a reference to the song's title). A scope shape can be seen on a right eye as a reference to her technological side. Snow can be seen falling all around her. The Truth (seen in modus' New Year Protocol series) emits light that's coloured similarly to the Northern Lights. Mountains covered in snow can be seen in the background. Artillery cannons can also be seen on the mountains covered in snow (as a referenced to Agente.001's song 'Spectral Artillery'). I know I sound like a broken record at this point but - come on, you didn’t think I wouldn’t be over the moon about people CALLING OFF WORK just to join the premiere last year with NYP9 did you.

This series/project/10-year album/thing? is my biggest ever undertaking of any kind. Things were messy in the first few chapters (I barely knew I had a story going back then), then got more elaborate & polished with time. But what's a story without obstacles along the way? New Year Protocol may not be the next box office blockbuster, or have a multi-million dollar budget behind it - it’s just me and my computer after all. But it has reinforced my highest highs and given me sanity in my lowest lows, and it will forever be one of my greatest achievements and motivators to continue doing what I do as modus. As an artist, I’ve made it my duty to create something no one has seen before. The best art happens when the mind is free. Free to be weird, freaky, unconventional. Let your creativity flow. Who knows, a decade later you might have a feature-length film's worth of music about a war for the multiverse. The only appropriate way to close out this once-in-a-lifetime adventure was to bring every chapter together, in one big film. For that, I’ve enlisted the help of the extremely talented and experienced Rachel Sellers to be the voice of said journey, and help me tell the tale I’ve always wanted to tell. The final chapter ‘The End’ premieres live alongside the Full Film THIS FRIDAY on YouTube. Let’s do this.
