What does it take to make vibe coding viable?
At the AI Summit, @javasquip.bsky.social will moderate a fireside chat with Shawn Meyer (VP of Engineering @auth0byokta.bsky.social) and JChris Anderson (Founder @vibes.diy) on how intuition and flow can reshape how we build, ship, and secure software.

Agent Experience
Agent Experience (AX)
Very cool! Something we're doing to help position the need for these types of solutions for sites/businesses is the emphasis on Agent Experience (AX). We're doing these things to provide a great AX and that has very real impact. agentexperience.ax goes into this and would love to chat!

AX: The next evolution in UX
As users delegate tasks to agents, their experience of interacting with digital services now includes this medium. This bring AX under the umbrella of considerations for a service's UX.
๐ Agents are driving evolution in UX in the age of AI. As user-delegated systems, theyโre not just tools - they're a preferred medium for engagement. But what happens when AX (Agent Experience) is neglected? Unhappy users, friction, and lost opportunities

I'm not sold on /llms.txt for a lot of reasons - not least of which is the cost for digital services. That said, the same input for humans is not the same as what's needed for LLMs and the format for providing it is also diff - therefore I'm not certain that this is a matter of using the same HTML

Providing a great DX means providing a great AX for developers that delegate work to agents. This is a great step forward!

Agreed. I dealt with a lot of anxiety and self doubt because of this early on. It took a while to realizeโฆ oh this is totally normal and no one prepares you for this lol. What's on my mind is considering the downstream impacts of delegating control of brand, voice and tone, etc. to Agents. I don't believe it will continue it's current trajectory of being a faceless word stream but it will be important for the human connectivity to services/communities.

From Consequence Design to Human Experience: Shaping Agent-Mediated Interactions - Ron Bronson | Ron Bronson
As AI reshapes how we interact with systems and each other, we need to expand our understanding of whatโs at stake. Iโve spent years talking &
AI agents arenโt just changing how we use techโtheyโve reshaping how we connect with each other irreparably.
Finally wrote about disintermediation and why a Human Experience is a crucial component of designing the future of interactions.

There's a big gap in AI tooling: it's basically all Python based and quickly locks you into a sole LLM provider.
A few weeks ago, I decided to work on this problem space in Go. I'm calling it "agent-api":

Introducing AX: Why Agent Experience Matters
As builders, we need to start focusing on AX or โagent experienceโ โ the holistic experience AI Agents will have as the user of a product or platform.
At Netlify we've been building specific flows and features for the new AI agents building on and deploying to our product.
Today I'm introducing the term AX, agent experience, that gives name to a concept of great importance to software development going forward.
