I think I’ll alternate between Director, Show & Film Series, so this month it will be Guillermo Del Toro, Hannibal and Predator.

I‘m not great at keeping up with shows or movies since I prioritize reading, music and writing, but I think if I focus on taking on one show/director/series at a time, it will gradually help me fill out my watchlist without taking time away from the other hobbies.

Pretty faithful adaptation…perhaps a bit TOO faithful to truly offer something new to a story that’s been retold countless times since Mary Shelley’s book came out, but visuals are nice and performances are rock solid.

Yep, still really like it.

Follows the core beats of the story well while adding bits of dark fantasy and showing hatred for fascism and war. Animation is great throughout as are the performances.

One of my favorites of the year it came out, so definitely excited to rewatch it.
