Good ep. A sort of "calm before the storm" type episode, but really good. Love how Spear's humanity is restored through love rather than violence. A theme of this show is how love, friendship, art, and family are just as "primal" as the need to survive via violence.

Sam Mendes' Beatles quatrology, but it's Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and Marie Severin.

Had a lot of fun with this! Excellent parody of old Marvel monster comics.

Probably will revisit, though, because it was a little too wordy at times. But it was always a joy to read.
