I also thought all my commissions were due in March so I was just grinding super hard before realizing like ah-- I have time.

I feel so guilty when I'm not working but basically what happened was, I've been working nonstop since November and shark week hit me like a truck.

I'll be back to work tomorrow or the day after T__T

It doesn't affect anyone's deadlines but I just feel.. guilt... resting...

I want to focus more on overall composition and color than details and clear rendering, but I know I'll over render the moment it's for actual work so...

We suffer. :' )

That said, will I never reopen at a lower price point again? I don’t think so! It just might be quite a long while.

So my response is always so unsure, as I think people are asking due to the previous opening prices.

That said, I do still intend on focusing on bigger illustration and design this>

But as usual due to a lot of factors I ended up making them very clean and polished.

I enjoy doing extra stuff for returning clients but I think that sets a standard from past samples that’s not sustainable for me

Each one actually takes me about 3-4 days now, like the previous aftercare series>

I’ve been getting a lot of asks about reopening sketch commissions and I think I should clarify that if I reopen they won’t be at the same previous prices ^^;

They were priced low initially since I intended them to be simple practice while I got used to my mobile setup/filling in time on vacation>

Will I ever actually open? (no)
