19. Sam learned how to play guitar in school. He's pretty good at it, but hasn't played since College.

He has learnt Hebrew, French, Russian, and one or two words in Echonian - though he's very rusty and doesn't quite remember what they mean.

18. Sam knows some of what the 'Boy King' prophecies consist of. He always wanted to learn more. He wasn't sure why. It was just a nagging urge.

After the Cage, especially after his hallucinations, he struggled to eat properly. He still has some off days where he barely eats.

17. Sam knows multiple languages other than English and Latin. He's rather fluent in Latin by now thanks to his studies.

15. Sam used to be awful at drawing, but he got better over time. Strangely enough, after the Cage - he's quite the artist.

He's the best at drawing birds.

16. Sam doesn't eat much. Even before the Cage, he wasn't a big eater. His eating habits all have to do with being 'clean' and healthy.

14. Sam struggles with Depression and PTSD. He compartmentalises basically everything so he can function.

There are few things that can break this down - but overall, he is a VERY good pretender. It's all an act. If you're human, you won't know.

He uses alcohol and drugs to cope as an alternative.

11. Sam experiences symptoms of OCD and AUDHD but was never really diagnosed with anything officially.

Sometimes, it's subtle, sometimes not. Fire, cages, and chains are some of his other triggers.

10. His demon blood cravings never went away. It acts like real addictions - and in times of stress and heavy situations, he finds himself falling back into old habits.

He can't handle talking about it, he can't handle the memories. Thinking about it for too long will send him into a spiral.

9. Sam has triggers pertaining to the Cage. The biggest one of them all being Lucifer, obviously. He's vulnerable to him - he WILL shut down very quickly when he's around.

7. Sam has heavy self-esteem and guilt issues. While he's grown more hardened overtime, bring up his previous mistakes or refer to him as a monster - be will either backtrack or lash out.

8. Sam hasn't said a word about the Cage. To anyone. Not even Dean.

5. Sam has a more visceral reaction to Grace being used on him thanks to the corrupt state of both his soul and his blood.

He's not a fan of Grace being used on him in the first place.

6. Sam kept the ring he was going to propose to Jessica with. He takes it out on their anniversary.

3. Sam had an emo phase in school - still listens to some of the music he got into back then.

E.g Deftones, Ghost, Evanescence, System of a Down.

4. Sam bonds with Castiel over Taylor swift. Would never admit to anyone else that he likes her music.

1. Due to Sam often struggling to sleep at night, he tends to go on walks at stupid hours of the morning. E.g 2am

2. Sam isn't a fan of his reflection at times. When he looks at himself, he sees Lucifer. Wearing his face.

It's also why he's not a fan of having his photo taken.
