In order to combat some of the struggles going on at the moment, I did a little collage of a picnic. I used some wrapping paper, some packaging art, and of course my own art.

I'm a maker of things.... this upcycled violin is wall decor for the SteamPunk Inn here in Eureka Springs. The owners are creating a festival in April called Goggles, Gears and Springs.

The Maison:  Late afternoon on Frenchmen Street, discovered Cigar Box Serenaders playing interesting tunes, we stopped in.  Musical instruments are all homemade from upcycled materials, including a guitar with cigar box, electric basd of a dresser drawer, and drums floor bass a plastic garbage can.

All copper wire you see here is 100% #upcycled! Laina strips the wire from old electric cords to prevent it from going to landfill. She incorporates as many natural components as possible but some of the bases are thrifted finds or donations, again focussing on reusing castoff items! #sustainable
