I got Souper Cubes (there are knockoffs too!) and I use it for so much. Soups, obvs, but also rice and stir frys, etc etc! then pop it out and vacuum seal it, but you can also put it in a freezer bag.

I also gave half of this soup away to a friend who's having a hard time, and we still have a serving left in the freezer. Feeling so unspeakably smug at my actions (feeding myself, my partner, and my friend a delicious wholesome nutritious meal)
