If I talk too much or too loud my throat will ache and it’ll hurt to talk which also discourages me from talking more. But like I know the less I talk the harder it will be but idk what I’m supposed to do like 😭 every time I talk ppl don’t understand me and it’s frustrating

I have had an issue where my voice is kinda messed up from barely ever talking so when I do talk it gets worn out rlly fast and sometimes it cuts itself off and things quit coming out which only discourages me from talking more

it wasn’t here it was on Instagram (where most ppl follow me.. not active there rn) but like I spent hours on it and everybody I thought knew how much they meant to me but not one person thought to comment anything and like maybe I’m just an attention seeker but I was very passionate about them

I’ve been gradually losing interest in them just because it’s so lonely sometimes . And I keep getting bpd feelings about them which tends to make me avoid them ☹️ life is complicated right now

Just remembered the five year timestrawversary post from last year and started sobbing why didn’t anybody comment on something that meant so much to me 😭 it was really heartbreaking to me I know I’m so sensitive but like. I was so passionate about them.
