I'm glad you posted this! I might have missed it otherwise. Not sure how I didn't follow the studio on Steam after loving The Bear!

Eventually it gets easier and easier to pick up the habits to take care of yourself. Don't give up. It's okay if we stumble. Once we realize we're down, we can take time to get up as long as we don't resign ourselves to the hole forever. We all deserve to treat ourselves with love. Love yourself.

I have to remind myself DAILY and it's HARD to always remember: there are no qualifications to be able to post anything anywhere. We read things as though they are coming from a place of authority, but it's mostly just bad takes coming from ppl who put literally zero thought into it. Don't sweat it.
