With the money saved? I would institute free healthcare and free higher education for all Americans, and give every adult a base income. Then I start taxing the billionaires and Churches, while doing whatever it takes to get the homeless into housing they can live in for life... Then I would invite the military and it's supporting industrialists to"repurpose themselves" to defend America from the effects of Global warming and the abrupt n'extreme climate changes that are coming down the pike at us. Especially on the east coast, sea level rise is going to wreak havoc on coastal communities and infrastructure. I envision a "Seabee" styled Army of engineers and equipment operators to start moving what needs to be moved (i.e. oil and chemical storage and refineries) to higher ground. Save all the resources that can possibly be saved, for the building of new communities and the needed infrastructure. These would be my goals for the first week or 2 in office. I'm a serious Autistic.
