Realist: Nobody has money for food, and anyhow, there is nobody delivering it to the grocery stores.
Capitalism is not essentially predatory. Predatory and abusive moments of capitalism derive from corruption and monopoly. Lets stop getting hung up on this binary story, mostly dominated by myth.
Finally, the data(below)! Anger is an important signal. But once identified, we should politely dismiss the messenger (angry feelings), identify origins, and get into the best mind/body space to solve or adapt. I wish I had this article when my housemate tortured us for months with scream therapy!
