And I’m sure a clear commitment to improving facilities would go a long way to winning over Littlemore residents. Although at the moment they may rightly be concerned that the Kassam facilities are under threat.

It was a question….obviously your answer is yes. You’re comfortable that one of Oxfords deprived areas has a CPZ implemented.But to the many residents in Littlemore with high car ownership and few facilities, who have recently rejected a CPZ, it might not look so straightforward.
