Interesting article I reduced eating window from grazing all day to 2 meals in a narrower window & lost 8kg. I am sure not snacking on everything in the pantry & paying more attention to what I put in my pie hole was key. I know that can be hard. We need to 🥰 ourselves more & ignore the noise.
