Now I’m just thinking of other random British sitcoms that KQED and KVIE used to air. Are You Being Served comes to mind. I remember a sequel where the store employees buy a farm maybe? Something like that.

As a kid who didn’t have cable growing up so had to watch a lot of PBS, the passing of Patricia Routledge from Keeping Up Appearances hits hard.

Just finished season 2 of Dandadan. Feels like I’m watching something special that’s referential, but still feels absolutely new. Haven’t felt like this since reading Invincible.
