For nearly 50 years, Roe v. Wade affirmed that personal health decisions belong to individuals and families, not politicians or the government. Its overturning in 2022 stripped away that freedom and put people at risk. I will continue to fight to protect our rights and restore that freedom.

The Impacts of Expiring Enhanced Premium Tax Credits in Colorado During its upcoming special session, the Colorado legislature is expected to debate two proposals for recouping the lost credits.

Jeff Hurd declined to sign the ACA discharge petition—the only real path to relief—choosing party loyalty over constituents. Even though it hit 218 signatures without him, he touts his "HOPE Act" that leadership won't even vote on. CSI warns this risks massive premium spikes for 110k Coloradans.

Not one of Colorado's House Republicans stepped up to help stop Coloradans' health insurance premiums from doubling next month. Not Gabe Evans, not Lauren Boebert, not Jeff Crank, not Jeff Hurd.

CO-03 families are feeling a sharp cost-of-living squeeze — including many Trump voters. Prices for groceries, housing, and energy keep rising, yet Jeff Hurd won’t oppose tariffs that raise costs. Families need leaders who take this seriously. In Congress, I’ll work to lower prices for everyone.

Moving Space Command out of Colorado is a costly mistake. It threatens thousands of jobs, undermines our aerospace industry, and wastes taxpayer dollars. Even outside Colorado Springs, districts like ours will feel the economic fallout. Colorado is where Space Command belongs!
