Tariffs are sold as a way to protect American jobs, but in reality they act like a hidden tax on working families. On October 1st, a new round of tariffs will take effect, driving up the cost of medicines, furniture, and trucks and putting even more pressure on household budgets.

Moving Space Command out of Colorado is a costly mistake. It threatens thousands of jobs, undermines our aerospace industry, and wastes taxpayer dollars. Even outside Colorado Springs, districts like ours will feel the economic fallout. Colorado is where Space Command belongs!

In the face of these devastating wildfires, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all the first responders and everyone on the frontlines. Your courage, dedication, and tireless efforts to protect our communities and support those affected don’t go unnoticed or unappreciated.

📢 Jeff Hurd’s Not So Productive Public Lands Act would be anything but helpful for Colorado

It guts locally supported plans, reverts to outdated land management, and creates legal and economic chaos. 🚩

In Colorado’s 3rd, where the average rural hospital already operates at a loss (per the Colorado Rural Health Center), Medicaid cuts mean treating more uninsured patients without reimbursement. That puts financially at-risk hospitals even closer to closure and leads to service cuts everywhere.
