For anybody who is unaware of what DEI or equal opportunity actually means and does, it is supposed to ensure your application gets looked at, not just blindly offered a position regardless of qualifications.

Real talk though, if the loan and grant freeze continues, it will crater higher ed, thus making the skill gap that much larger.
