Tariffs don't just hurt the country they are applied to, they hurt the companies and people who import goods from them. When we are talking about 50%, 100% or higher tariffs this can quickly destroy businesses and entire industries.

There has been zero evidence of any true trade agreements, just claims of 'winning" while walking back certain tariffs. Why?

But is he chickening out or simply manipulating the market?
