The shutdown is over, but 4.7M Floridians still risk not being able to afford their healthcare once ACA subsidies expire.

Every FL Democrat in Congress stood united against the short-term spending deal, and will continue fighting to protect affordable health care in our state.

Trump can spend all day lying about how great the economy is under him, but Americans are telling the truth about the reality they are facing each day.

This #LaborDay, let’s remember that immigrants make up 20% of the workforce.

If 20% of the workforce were deported, the country's GDP would decrease by 12% (-3 trillion).

We are appalled by the lack of humanity of the current administration and DeSantis towards our immigrant communities.

We call for the barbaric treatment of the Evergaldes detainees to cease, and we hope to see investigations into these abusive practices once responsible leadership is in power.

We couldn't be more excited to hear about Mr. Abrego García's release.

We will continue to fight for justice, our constitutional rights, and the rule of law at every turn.
