By the logic used to ban tiktok. They refused to rule on 1st amendment issue then said we are banning the whole app so it's "content neutral" there is a few more steps but those are the big ones

That's not at all what's happening for us to see the message about the ban we are getting to tiktok servers. It's not letting US based accounts to get past thst page.
