Redistricting information – the expansion of Fishers Elem School means a redistricting of students to even out enrollment in elementary schools in the district. This is the first discussion of the process. If it follows past practices, it may be decided by December.

HSE has not admitted fault, although the employee at the center of the ULP, who was hired as the Asst Supt of Human Resources with no HR background, was terminated after being on the job for about 6 months. The longer this remains unsettled, the more💰the lawyers make.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚 -Legal fees for Barnes & Thornburg - $10K/montly fee & add'l $5,385.26 for litigation expenses. About $3K is of that is listed for Unfair Labor Practice litigation. It appears that HSE hasn't settled w/the HSEA for the ULP filed almost a year ago.
