Over 6 weeks there will be a series of information events, practical support, & options available. The campaign will include in-person events at Balla, Ballina and Ballinrobe marts, as well as weekly podcasts & interviews on Midwest Radio’s Tommy Marren show and Farming Matters programme.

Mayo MHA are delighted to announce their involvement in the second phase of the Taking Stock Campaign for farmers.

The purpose of this campaign is to provide an opportunity for all farmers & their families to focus on their own health & wellbeing, with a focus on work-life balance.

And just like that we are back delivering our Breathe Talk to the secondary schools across Mayo! 🙌
