This little feather is my first ever carving. I started last summer and did most of the work on a camping trip. It's perfectly imperfect, and I'm proud of it 🪶

2 brown tabbies one large one small. They are touching back to butt and nobody is upset about it.

Two brown tabbies snuggled up and snoozing. The way they are poseed indicates that they are comfortable and might not hate each other.

Two brown tabbies snuggled up face to face. The large old man on the left is oblivious to the string of drool stuck in his whiskers near the corner of his mouth. The little diva on the right seems to be slightly embarrassed. She wishes he was facing the other way with his drooling old man face.

Kitten and Mochi don't particularly care for each other, and Mochi is quick to swat Kitten out of her personal space.
But this morning, they got busted snuggling. I'm still losing my mind over this interaction.

A handsome-faced cicada perched comfortably on my finger. It's expression is reassuring.

Two cicadas placed on the same leaf. They just kissed despite not having mouths. They're facing opposite directions now and are about to go their separate ways.

And Eastern Black Swallowtail butterfly feasts on some nectar out of pink flowers. I can not identify the flowers, but they are not only beautiful, they're delicious.

I miss bugs. Is winter over yet?
