Or "I made these just for the party, you can't even taste the alcohol!" Or "What are you the DD tonight?" No one owes you an explanation for their sobriety. No one needs to consume alcohol to exist in a space. No one's needs to consume alcohol for your friendship and the camaraderie of their community. Even if it's someone you KNOW drinks regularly, drop it. The holidays can be triggering enough for folks. No one needs to be harassed and abused because they choose to be sober for a night, a weekend, or a lifetime.
