I had to go to bed so I did not see the very end. Happy now that I didn’t, it would have made it even more frustrating. I’m glad that it’s over now.

It's been so painful to watch! Aaaah. I am new to this, and my husband has used this summer to help me learn more about baseball, and somehow it feels like I learned more than if they would have continued their winning streak. That being said, go, boys!

Sweetango apples are available again! I discovered them a year ago through this hilarious website, and they are so freaking good. #food I kind of love that they are a seasonal treat. They are better than any other apple I ever had for eating right out of the hand.

Apple cake, from a recipe from Smitten Kitchen. I used apples from our tree, and it turned out very good. I love how it is an actual cake, not a pie or crumble. I used a little less sugar and apple cider vinegar instead of orange juice, which I did not have. I recommend! (Recipe in comment.) #food

It is my least favorite music-wise but I met the majority of my PJ related friends and my husband during BS times and saw them the most on that tour, so it will always hold a special place in my heart.
