Hanwen Yao and Mert Gökduman developed tools for the classical codes and decoders and Arianna Meinking worked on decoders. Classical codes can be combined into different quantum codes: Hypergraph Product Codes, Quasicyclic Lifted Product Codes, or the Balanced Product Cyclic codes.

Mingyu Kang ( @mingyukang.bsky.social ) and Yingjia Lin co-led the project to build a tool that takes as input the parameters of classical codes and a quantum decoding strategy and outputs quantum codes and circuit-level logical performance.
