I’d suggest getting with an Gastroenterologist and getting something prescribed to you where you can take something more frequently throughout the day. I took a prescribed medication before breakfast, before dinner, and a Pepcid before bed. And Tums as-needed. Mine was BAD. I had severed GERD.

I’m so excited about my community giveback event tomorrow. I’ve worked super hard and tirelessly to pull this together. 100 care packages, 100 meals, and a complete setup for them to have a shopping experience for winter clothing items from those that have donated clothing items to this cause.

Are you on a PPI or any other form of Acid-reducer? I had it for years up until recently and it’s definitely a pain and super uncomfortable.
