When I was around 7 or 8, I tried breeding for the first time in Sun. I wanted another Primarina, so I just bred my starter. The first egg I ever hatched was a shiny Popplio.
The image quality is bad ik, but I guess that gives it a kinda nostalgic feel

BIDOOF ROCKS

My first shiny ever was a Bidoof in my first play through of Pearl right after those games released. I believe my brother still has him on his Diamond save file. @shine-and-sketch.bsky.social
