I work out 5 days a week for like an hour to a 1.5 hours (push, pull, legs, shoulder focus, then whatever I want mainly arms and core), i sometimes work out a sixth day and make that another leg day, I’m eating like 2800 calories with 170-200 grams of protein a day, creatine, getting enough sleep.
