I travelled 5,000 miles to live as a monk for a year Alone, freezing, sore and 5,000 miles away from home - George had never felt better.

George was suffering from existential dread, so he traveled across the globe to become a Kung Fu master. Wonderful things ensued. I loved talking to him about balance, anxiety and why he had to run down to the river every day at dawn to collect a rock.
